The following represents our Executive Team:
Betsy Moore - Principal and Chief Operating Officer
With more than 25 years of experience in financial and healthcare management, Medi-Cal, AHCCCS and Medicaid eligibility, third party billing programs, and quality improvement. Overall responsibility is for operations management, ensuring that all strategic and financial goals set forth by client are met successfully.
Larry Roberts - Principal and Chief Information Officer
With more than 28 years of experience in all phases of patient financial services including Information Systems, third party billing, collections, and Medicaid eligibility. Overall responsibility is for the supervision of regional IT team members and managers.
David McNulty - Senior Vice-President, Business Development
David's healthcare industry career began in 1984 and led to executive Sales and Marketing positions with some of the largest revenue cycle management companies in the country. David is responsible for business development, marketing, advertising, customer service and support on a national basis.
Marcie Quijada - Regional Director of Operations
Marcie began her career with DES in Arizona and has 17 years of experience with AHCCCS, Medi-Cal and Medicaid Eligibility programs. Marcie is responsible for the implementation of client engagements and is responsible for day-to-day operations related to the supervision of regional IHMS management.
Dalila Cervantes - Assistant Regional Director of Operations
Dalila has years of professional healthcare experience and extensive knowledge in Medi-Cal, SSI/SSDI and various county programs. She is actively involved in the community and is responsible for day-to-day operations, regional implementation, training and office development.
