At IHMS, it is the people that make the difference in this industry.

Many of IHMS' team members have prior experience working in Patient Access within the hospital setting as Financial Counselors, Billers, Patient Account and Admitting Managers, at the County level as Eligibility Technicians, at the State level as Policy Advisors and at the Federal Government level as EPSDT Screeners. As well, most of our team members are bilingual, providing greater access and credibility to the patient population they serve.
